Front Office Coordinator
We’re seeking a mission-aligned Front Office Patient Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service through phone calls, scheduling, emails, and in-person interactions. With a calm and solution-focused approach, you’ll support daily operations, assist with quick problem-solving, and help maintain an organized, compassionate, and respectful environment where every patient feels seen, valued, and cared for.
What We’re Looking For:
- Patient Experience: Manage check-ins/outs, phones, and scheduling to ensure a welcoming and efficient
environment. - Office Operations: Handle daily opening/closing and building , manage emails and faxes, and maintain a clean,
organized common space. - Inventory & Logistics: Manage office supplies and supplement inventory, including ordering, receiving, and price
tracking. - Financial Admin: Oversee daily deposits, troubleshoot credit card charges, and ensure billing accuracy.
- HR & Volunteers: Facilitate new hire onboarding (paperwork and training) and coordinate office volunteers.
- Support for Lead Physician/President: Act as the primary point of contact for administrative, building, and
operational concerns and manage administrative tasks for the Lead Physician/President.
Part Time
Phlebotomist | Medical Assistant
We’re seeking a mission-aligned Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide skilled, compassionate care while performing blood draws and supporting diagnostic testing with precision and excellence. You’ll help create a calm, respectful environment for patients, recognizing that each interaction is part of their physical, emotional, and spiritual healing journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- Phlebotomy: Perform blood draws, process samples (spinning/packing), and coordinate lab
pickups. - Patient Care: Room patients, take vitals, and gather pre-visit info. Monitor patients during HBOT
(Hyperbaric Oxygen) sessions. - Communication: Review lab results with patients per doctor’s orders and ensure labs are ready
for upcoming visits. - Operations: Chart all services, stock exam rooms, and manage medical supplies.
- Team Support: Assist the front office with phones and check-outs as needed.

Naturopathic Physician
Radiant Health Natural Medical Center is a Christ-centered clinic committed to whole-person healing through evidence-informed natural medicine. We’re seeking a mission-aligned Naturopathic Doctor to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personalized, integrative care that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. You’ll walk alongside patients on their healing journey, offering natural therapies grounded in clinical excellence and faith-based values.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
- Strong clinical skills with a genuine heart for serving patients
- Passion for educating and empowering patients in their health journey
- Proficient in interpreting lab results and translating findings into actionable care
- Skilled in developing personalized, effective treatment plans
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to confidently order and coordinate laboratory testing
- Experience administering IV therapies (or willingness to be trained)
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and patient care skills
